If you carry any of these insurances, please contact me to me to determine what your insurance can help with. If you have a different plan, please contact me to see what options are available.

Employee Assistance Programs (EAP)

I am contacted and approved to provide therapeutic services to individuals with United Behavioral Health (Optum) and Behavioral Health Options (BHO) EAP. Please let me know if this is the case for you and we can work out payment through your EAP.
