Meet Kyle

I love the outdoors, and some of my favorite activities include hiking in the wonderful areas in Southern Utah, camping in the mountains and anywhere else that I can find, gardening, and spending time with my wife, children, and my dog. I have a passion for the arts, and have been working on my piano skills since a young child, a coping skill I use on a regular basis.

I strive to create a safe, comfortable, nonjudgmental environment where patients can feel free to explore personal issues that are creating difficulty in their personal, professional, and/or family lives. Together, we can work to build understanding, change behaviors, and overcome obstacles to gain a sense of control and freedom. My professional experience has allowed me to work with a diverse population of individuals in a variety of circumstances, and helped me build empathetic understanding for all people in all circumstances. I have also explored and gained training in a variety of therapeutic modalities to help me meet patients where they are and tailor each session to the individual being treated. I specialize in trauma treatment, and am certified in modalities including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Brainspotting, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, DBT, and Solution Focused.
